Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or subscribing to PoseLab you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms at any time with at least 14 days' notice for material changes.
2. The service
PoseLab provides a library of curated AI image prompts and a prompt-building tool accessible via poselab.xyz. Access to the full library and Prompt Builder requires an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PoseLab. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts found to belong to minors.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are available on a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) basis. Payments are processed by Stripe and billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial. You will be charged at the point of sign-up. You may cancel at any time through your Account page → Subscription → Manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it.
5. Permitted use
With an active subscription you may: • Browse and copy prompts for your own creative projects • Use prompts commercially, including in content you sell or publish • Generate AI images using copied prompts on any AI tool You may not: • Share your account credentials or allow others to access the library through your account • Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the prompt library • Resell, republish, or redistribute the prompts as a competing product • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
6. Prompt content
Prompts in our library are curated for use with AI image generation tools. We do not generate images — you are responsible for the images you produce and must comply with the terms of the AI tool you use. PoseLab is not liable for the output of third-party AI tools.
7. Intellectual property
The PoseLab name, logo, website design, and prompt library content are owned by or licensed to PoseLab. The compilation and curation of prompts constitutes proprietary work. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any PoseLab IP. AI-generated images you create using our prompts are yours — we make no claim on your creative output.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
PoseLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prompts will produce any specific output in any AI tool. AI model outputs vary significantly based on tool version, settings, and random seed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoseLab's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PoseLab operates. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.
